Modern everyday French cuisine by chef Ivan Froloukhin.
The restaurant menu is divided in two: classic dishes and modern author’s vision of French cuisine. Among the numerous traditional dishes, one can find pate en croute, ratatouille with tomato sauce and gruyere cheese, boeuf bourguignon, onion soup, etc.
At Frantsuza Bistrot, our attention is focused on tiniest details:
we strongly believe that they always matter. Vintage tableware
is combined with delicate pottery by Gien. The same style applies
to flatware, which is produced by French company SABRE.
The interior of the restaurant has been developed
by Alexey Penyuk and his APAA studio.
